Application:
First, clean your teeth with a toothbrush. After that, you can apply the Power Bleaching Gel, which is not included in the product, to your teeth, then put the lamp in your mouth and start the timer. After 15 to 30 minutes exposure time (the longer, the brighter), remove the LED lamp and rinse your mouth with water. Finished! Remove the gel residue with a toothbrush and warm water.
